DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
All shipping to mainland Britain from Abbey Electrical SW Limited is free of charge, on all orders irrespective of quantity.
Delivery at Abbey Electrical SW Limited couldn’t be easier. Deliveries should normally take between 2-4 working days (Excluding Vaughan Lighting) but occasionally the product may be out of stock which can sometimes lead to delays. If a product within your order is out of stock which would effect the delivery time, a member of our sales team will contact you to inform you of an estimated delivery time.

Abbey Electrical (SW) Limited offers a 7 day returns policy after you have received the goods, providing the goods have not been installed, assembled or modified and are still in as new condition, in the original packaging with all accessories that were sent with them. You must notify us in writing by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. A telephone call is not sufficient. Proof of purchase is needed for all returns.
For unwanted goods the cost of carriage to deliver the goods to the customer will be deducted from the refund and the customer will incur the cost of returning the goods to us. The customer is responsible for the loss or damage when returning the goods, so should take out enough insurance to cover the value. Your refund will be reimbursed within a 30 day period upon receipt of returned goods. Abbey Electrical (SW) Limited reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if the request to return the goods is outside of the seven day period.
Shortages or Damages
Notification of any shortages or damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving the goods by e-mail: email@example.com. A telephone call is not sufficient. If the shortages or damages are reported after the 2 day period, replacement parts will be chargeable.
Abbey Electrical (SW) Limited will not be liable for any third party costs due to faulty goods, damaged goods or goods shortages.
Notification of faulty goods must be sent to us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. A telephone call is not sufficient. Abbey Electrical (SW) Limited will arrange for the collection of these goods and subsequent dispatch of replacement items, or a full refund once the returned goods have been inspected.
